Job Summary

Join the Touring Club Schweiz (TCS) Marketing Communications Team in Ostermundigen and drive digital success through smart, data-driven campaigns across the entire customer journey. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the performance marketing strategy across major platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and Microsoft Ads. Your daily focus will be on continuous campaign optimization to ensure maximum budget efficiency, providing expert digital consulting to the Club's marketing team, and driving conversion rate improvements by optimizing landing pages. This role requires strategic thinking, budget responsibility, and the ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies. If you possess multi-year experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns, ideally within B2C services, and hold relevant online marketing qualifications, you can make a significant impact in positioning TCS as an innovative mobility club.

Required Skills

Education

Higher education or advanced training in Online Marketing (University, University of Applied Sciences, Federal Diploma, or comparable qualification)

Experience

  • Multi-year professional experience in controlling and optimizing performance campaigns, ideally within an agency setting
  • Experience managing B2C services is advantageous
  • Ability to independently set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns using GMP and Meta tools
  • Continuous professional development and relevant certifications (e.g., Google certifications)
