Job Summary

Join EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) Reward Team as a Consultant to kick-start a purposeful career focusing on complex compensation and benefits challenges. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning and implementation of remuneration consulting projects for diverse clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative data analyses, developing actionable recommendations, preparing high-caliber client presentations, and assisting in the design of comprehensive remuneration systems, including function evaluations, benchmarking, and salary band development. You will also contribute to equal pay analyses and help maintain the EY salary database. This position requires a university degree in Economics or Finance, combined with initial exposure to corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, or consulting environments. Success hinges on strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills in both German and English. Experience

  • Professional experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or Consulting.
  • Experience supporting projects or workstreams, ideally related to people matters like key employee retention or compensation programs.
  • Initial experience in people consulting, including conducting remuneration surveys or managing a company's remuneration offering.
