Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support and specialized expertise for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of wind turbine electrical components, specifically generators. The Technician will be responsible for providing national and international technical phone support to field service teams, developing and documenting repair processes, and defining the scope of generator maintenance. A key part of the job involves controlling and evaluating technical reports, repair documentation, and service reports from both internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Electromechanical Engineer or Mechatronics Technician, ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or certified Technician, and possess experience in generator repair. Strong communication skills in both German and English, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this dynamic, service-oriented internal support position.
