Job Summary
This role involves actively contributing to the energy transition by providing technical support for existing customers' photovoltaic (PV) systems. The specialist will be responsible for handling technical support tickets, analyzing malfunctions, error messages, and functional issues, and developing sustainable, creative solutions, often through remote diagnostics. A key part of the job is clear and understandable communication of complex technical topics, both written and verbal, ensuring customer transparency. The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background or practical experience in PV installation/maintenance, technical service, or IT support, coupled with strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital ticketing systems. Education
Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., Electrician) or equivalent practical experience
Experience
- Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., Electrician)
- Ideally, experience in the installation or maintenance of photovoltaic systems
- Alternatively, practical experience as a Service Technician or in technical/commercial internal services (e.g., claims management, technical documentation, service ticket processing)
- Experience in IT support or strong technical interest with high willingness to learn
