Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled electrician or mechatronics technician looking to specialize in the technical support and optimization of NEG® wind turbine electrical components. The successful candidate will provide crucial technical support, both nationally and internationally, via phone to field service technicians. Key responsibilities include developing repair processes, planning and documenting repairs on electronic parts, and evaluating technical and commercial reports. The position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a service-oriented mindset. You will be instrumental in driving product improvements and problem-solving, contributing directly to the efficiency and advancement of global wind park projects from the Bremen office.
