Job Summary

This role is perfect for a technically trained professional, such as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, who thrives in a solution-oriented, team environment. Based in Büdelsdorf, you will provide critical technical support via telephone to field service technicians, both nationally and internationally, focusing specifically on electrical components within NEG® wind turbines. Key responsibilities include developing repair processes, planning and documenting repairs for electronic components, and controlling/evaluating technical reports and expert opinions from both technical and commercial perspectives. You will also be instrumental in developing product improvements and problem solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to travel, contributing directly to the optimization of wind energy maintenance processes.
