Job Summary

This specialized technical role, based in Osnabrück, supports the maintenance, repair, and optimization of wind turbine systems, with a core focus on Enercon Generators. The Technician will be responsible for providing crucial technical support via telephone to national and international field service teams, ensuring rapid and effective problem resolution. Key tasks include developing, planning, and documenting detailed repair processes, defining the scope of generator refurbishment, and meticulously evaluating technical reports, expert opinions, and service documentation from both a technical and commercial perspective. Candidates must hold a completed qualification as an Electromechanical Engineer or Mechatronics Technician, ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician. Prior experience in repairing Enercon Generators is highly desirable. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in both German and English, and an analytical, service-oriented mindset to drive product improvements and solutions.
