This role is perfect for a skilled System Technician or Implementation Engineer passionate about bringing modern access control and time recording systems to life. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system implementation, from hardware installation and configuration of RFID terminals and access controllers to seamless integration into complex customer networks, including VPN and firewall environments. A core part of the job involves maintaining SaaS and data center services, performing updates, and diligently handling support cases according to ITIL standards (Incident, Change, and Problem Management). The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT system integration, strong command of Windows and Linux Servers, and practical knowledge of electrical installation, low-voltage cabling, and PoE.
