Job Summary

The German Pension Insurance (DRV) is seeking a dedicated Trainer/Instructor specializing in Rehabilitation Law to join their Vocational Training Department in Frankfurt (Oder). This role is crucial for guiding and mentoring junior staff, involving the leadership, supervision, and evaluation of trainees through regular feedback and appraisal discussions. Key responsibilities include preparing and conducting specialized training sessions on rehabilitation-related legal matters, processing and approving trainee casework, and planning and executing module examinations and practice simulations. The ideal candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of German Social Security Law (SGB I, IV, VI, IX, X) and relevant administrative procedures, coupled with prior professional experience, preferably in rehabilitation and health within a pension insurance provider. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)) in Pension Insurance, OR Certified Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachwirt/in) in Pension Insurance, OR equivalent qualifications and experience acquired within the pension insurance sector.

Experience

  • Professional experience at a pension insurance provider, preferably in the area of rehabilitation and health
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience at a pension insurance provider (for applicants from salary group 9a and above)
  • Experience in leading and supervising junior staff (implied by tasks)
  • Experience in conducting training and examinations

Additional

  • Must be willing to complete the Trainer Aptitude Examination (Ausbildungseignungsprüfung) as part of the onboarding process. The position may initially be probationary for up to 2 years, as it requires leadership competencies.
