Job Summary

This role supports the System Administrator within an expanding plastics technology company serving the automotive and bicycle industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, maintaining IT systems and networks, and providing essential first and second-level user support by analyzing and resolving IT incidents. A key aspect of the role involves managing data backup and recovery processes, hardware maintenance, and taking on the function of the Information Security Officer, requiring significant contribution to TISAX certification efforts. The ideal candidate possesses initial IT knowledge, familiarity with Windows Server/Desktop environments, and basic understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN/VPN). Technical affinity, analytical skills, and interest in new IT fields are essential.
