Job Summary

This role involves leading the construction execution (HOAI Phase 8) for complex audiovisual (AV) and media technology projects across Northern Germany (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony). The Construction Manager will be the key on-site representative, responsible for coordinating subcontractors and managing interfaces with adjacent trades like technical building equipment (TGA), electrical systems, and IT integration. Daily activities include rigorous quality control, schedule and cost monitoring, participating in construction meetings, and managing documentation and defect resolution until final acceptance. Candidates should possess a background in electrical engineering, media technology, or similar fields, coupled with proven experience in construction management or as a lead foreman, ideally within the TGA/AV sector.
