Job Summary

This role seeks a highly self-organized IT Service Technician to manage the remote installation and maintenance of specialized practice management software (tomedo®) servers, databases, and associated tools. A key part of the job involves expert troubleshooting, problem resolution, and clear communication with customers, ensuring even non-technical users understand complex technical issues while maintaining a professional and appreciative tone. You will act as the primary technical interface between clients and the development team, escalating persistent problems efficiently. While the position is based in Germany, the company supports nationwide remote work (home office), though some travel to customer sites is required. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) and possesses deep knowledge of operating systems and database management.
