This role is centered on expertly handling the data conversion process for new customers using established tools, focusing on problem-solving and communicating issues effectively to the development team. A crucial element is exceptional customer interaction, where the technician must clearly and respectfully explain complex technical facts to non-technical users. The position offers significant flexibility in working hours, accommodating various personal schedules. Candidates should be trained IT Specialists highly proficient in databases and various operating systems. While scripting knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.) is beneficial, a rapid learning ability is acceptable. The role requires strong self-organization, personal responsibility, and a commitment to working from the Erfurt office twice a week, making regional residency mandatory.
