Job Summary

SAP is seeking a Principal AI Engineer/Architect to lead enterprise-grade Agentic AI development within the AI Center of Excellence. This role demands industry-leading expertise across Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Solution Architecture. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving the entire development lifecycle for multiple AI services, from proof-of-concept (PoC) through productization and production operations, while serving as the technical artifact owner for multiple scrum teams. The successful candidate will define and evolve best practices for AI software quality, lead infrastructure architecture setup for AI applications, and develop Big Data pipelines and sophisticated AI/ML models.
