Job Summary

This role involves guiding Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industry customers through major business and IT transformations, focusing on aligning their initiatives with the SAP portfolio and the latest cloud-driven solutions. The consultant will serve as a focal point, developing and leading strategic project approaches for SAP implementations that ensure regulatory compliance and achieve optimal outcomes. Key responsibilities include working closely with customer senior leadership, driving business transformation, and ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks like CSV, GMP, and GDP. The ideal candidate brings several years of consulting experience in the Life Sciences sector, expertise in compliance and validation, and a strong understanding of cloud/hybrid architectures and emerging technologies like AI. Excellent communication skills in both English and German, up to C-level, are mandatory for success in this highly strategic and customer-focused position.
