Job Summary

The Development Manager will lead a high-performing, agile engineering team focused on the SAP S/4HANA for Last Mile Distribution (LMD) solution, which streamlines scheduling, transportation, delivery, inventory, and billing for mid-to-large-scale bottlers and distributors in the beverage and food industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching team members, setting clear goals aligned with unit objectives, and ensuring outstanding engineering craftsmanship. The role requires experience in building and staffing agile teams, collaborating closely with Product Management and UX peers, and maintaining scalable, resilient applications. Candidates should be comfortable using ABAP and the Restful Application Programming Model (RAP), possess a solid understanding of test automation and static code analysis, and be able to identify and resolve delivery risks efficiently.
