Job Summary

This role is designed for a technically skilled professional to act as internal support, providing remote technical assistance to national and international field service teams focused on wind turbine maintenance. The core responsibility involves specializing in Enercon Generators, where the technician will develop, plan, and document repair processes, define the scope of generator maintenance, and ensure defined quality standards are met by service teams and partners. Day-to-day tasks include controlling and evaluating various technical reports (repair, service, and findings) from both technical and commercial perspectives, and actively contributing to product improvements and problem-solving initiatives. Candidates must possess a background in electrical machinery or mechatronics, ideally paired with specific experience in Enercon Generator maintenance. Success requires strong communication skills in both German and English, proficiency in MS Office, and an analytical, service-oriented mindset, with a willingness for occasional travel.
