Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support, primarily via telephone and internationally, to field service technicians working on Enercon wind turbines. The specialist will be responsible for developing and documenting repair processes, managing material requirements for purchasing and scheduling, and acting as a key contact person for both internal staff and external customers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and evaluating technical reports, service records, and expert assessments from both technical and commercial perspectives. Candidates must possess a background as an electrician or mechatronics specialist, ideally with further qualification as a certified technician, and must have relevant experience in technical support or as a service technician for Enercon systems. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and excellent written and spoken English are mandatory for success in this demanding, team-oriented role.
