Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support, primarily via telephone and often internationally, to service technicians working on Enercon wind energy plants. The specialist will be based in Hamburg and focus on developing, planning, and documenting repair processes, including defining material requirements for purchasing and scheduling departments. Key responsibilities also include evaluating technical reports, service records, and expert opinions from both technical and commercial perspectives, and acting as a primary point of contact for customers and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have a background as an electrician or mechatronics technician, possess relevant experience as a service technician or in technical support for Enercon systems, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and team-oriented skills. Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory, and the role requires occasional travel.
