Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Component Technician based in Beelitz to provide crucial technical support for Enercon® wind turbines, primarily assisting service technicians internationally via telephone. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing efficient repair processes, planning and documenting complex repairs, and serving as a key technical contact for both customers and internal staff. You will also be responsible for controlling and evaluating technical and commercial aspects of service and maintenance reports. To succeed, you must possess a completed qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally supplemented by certification as a state-certified Technician, coupled with relevant experience in technical support or as a service technician specifically for Enercon® WTGs. The position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent teamwork, and fluency in written and spoken English for international communication.
