Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support, primarily via telephone and often internationally, to service technicians working on Enercon® wind turbines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and documenting repair processes, managing material requirements (in coordination with purchasing and scheduling), and acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal staff. This position requires a strong technical background, preferably as an electrician or mechatronics technician, coupled with practical experience as a service technician or in technical support for Enercon® systems. The role is based in Bremen, demands excellent communication and analytical skills, a service-oriented mindset, and very good written and spoken English proficiency, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to process and product optimization within the renewable energy sector.
