Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support, primarily via telephone and internationally, to service technicians working on Enercon® wind turbines. The specialist will be responsible for developing and documenting repair processes, managing material requirements for purchasing and scheduling, and acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal staff. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and evaluating technical reports, service records, and expert assessments from both technical and commercial perspectives. This position is ideal for a technically trained individual—preferably an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician with experience as a Service Technician or in Technical Support for Enercon® systems—who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and occasional travel. The role offers a crucial opportunity to contribute to process and product optimization within the renewable energy sector.
