Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the installation of four heat pumps at a power plant in Berlin-Spandau, starting January 5, 2026. The manager will be responsible for the electrical construction leadership, coordinating complex mechanical, electrical, and instrumental installations, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning assembly sequences, supervising cable laying and cable tray construction, generating daily site reports, and performing quality checks on electrical work. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical engineering, proven experience in industrial installations and large-scale projects, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in both German and English.
