Job Summary

This opportunity is for an experienced Tax Consultant passionate about complex international structures within the construction and real estate industry at Ten Brinke, a successful European family enterprise. You will be instrumental in shaping the tax strategy for international projects, providing comprehensive advice from the initial concept phase through successful completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include the tax structuring and guidance of purchase and sale processes (including complex Share Deals), developing tax optimization strategies, and advising on crucial matters like Sales and Real Estate Transfer Tax. The role requires a strong background in business administration or law with a focus on taxation, fundamental tax expertise, ideally within the real estate sector, and strong analytical skills. The position offers flexible working models (starting at 30 hours/week), home office flexibility, and a supportive German-Dutch team environment.
