Job Summary

This exciting role seeks an Interdisciplinary R&D Specialist to join a core project team developing cutting-edge technologies for in-vitro diagnostics, guiding products from initial concept through to market launch. Day-to-day, you will act as the technical coordinator, bridging the gap between engineering, software development, and scientific disciplines, ensuring seamless project integration. A significant part of the role involves client interaction, including planning workshops and translating customer requirements into technological solutions. You will apply your scientific and technical understanding hands-on, developing prototypes, designing efficient test procedures, and tackling complex technical challenges related to mechanics, optics, electronics, thermodynamics, and liquid handling. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills in both German and English, thriving in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
