Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support, primarily via telephone and internationally, to service technicians working on Enercon wind turbines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and documenting repair processes, coordinating material requirements with purchasing and logistics, and serving as a key technical contact for both customers and internal staff. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and evaluating technical reports, service records, and expert assessments from both technical and commercial perspectives. Candidates must have a background as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally with further qualification as a certified Technician, and possess relevant experience in technical support or field service for Enercon wind turbines. Excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and strong written and spoken English are crucial for success in this dynamic, team-oriented role based in Obersontheim, which occasionally requires travel.
