Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer to drive innovation in residential construction and smart technology within Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive conceptualization and detailed planning of technical building equipment. Day-to-day tasks include designing control and monitoring systems, conducting detailed lighting and power supply calculations (including load flow and short-circuit analysis), and creating detailed planning for switchgear. The engineer will also manage project-related concept development, create service specifications, and oversee cost and timeline adherence. A key part of the role involves guiding CAD draftsmen and contributing to process optimization. Essential qualifications include a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, strong technical understanding, and fluent German language skills.
