Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Technician who will serve as the first point of contact and solution partner for all employee hardware and software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, active participation in IT projects such as rollouts and migrations, and contributing to the administration and development of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses experience in IT or software support, or system administration combined with a passion for customer service. Initial experience with Linux clients and common Open Source applications is highly desirable, along with strong practical skills and enthusiasm for new technologies. The position requires good written and spoken proficiency in both German and English, and offers career starters and changers the opportunity for development, including potential advancement to a client and server system administrator role.
