Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated System Integration Specialist focused on maintaining stable, secure, and clean IT system operations across multiple company locations. Daily tasks involve the configuration and maintenance of IT systems within both routine operations and specific projects. The specialist will provide comprehensive First, Second, and Third-Level support to users, manage patch deployment, oversee IT security environments (Firewall, Mail-Security, Antivirus), and administer backup systems. A key aspect is the creation and updating of documentation to ensure continuous IT stability. Candidates must hold professional training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration qualification, and bring at least two years of hands-on experience in IT support. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency in server operating systems, network technology, scripting, security concepts, and secure handling of Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, M365, Intune, and AzureAD/Entra ID. The position requires strong analytical skills, service orientation, and willingness to travel 1-2 days per week to collaborate with other sites.
