Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced SAP Key User to join an internationally leading, family-run manufacturer specializing in products for thermal systems, cooling, ventilation, and e-mobility industries in Vienna. The successful candidate will serve as the primary internal contact and interface to external and internal SAP support, focusing heavily on system optimization and process management. Daily tasks include establishing, testing, and documenting new or modified processes, managing SAP data (including reporting and Excel transfers), and structuring user access rights. Key qualifications include proven experience as an SAP Key User in a manufacturing environment, a deep understanding of core SAP modules MM, SD, PP, and FI, and a technical educational background is preferred.
