This role involves comprehensive responsibility for industrial automation software, focusing on creating, implementing, and maintaining PLC and robot control programs for complex multi-functional turning, drilling, and milling centers. Day-to-day tasks include defining program sequences, establishing safety requirements with engineering teams, preparing NC/PLC/Robot software, and performing on-site commissioning and rigorous quality control tests. The specialist will also handle documentation updates, maintenance of existing programs, and provide remote service support and troubleshooting. Key requirements include a background in electronic or mechatronic engineering, strong understanding of mechanical systems, proficiency in Siemens Step 7 and KUKA robot control, and excellent PC skills (Office/ERP). The position requires a high degree of independence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 30% for implementation and customer support.
