Job Summary

This role involves driving revenue growth for HVAC control and building automation products and systems within a specific sales territory. The Partner Sales Manager will focus on developing strong relationships with key partners, including system integrators and planning offices, to expand the customer base and maintain existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include supporting engineering firms in the planning and deployment of room and building automation systems, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. A critical component is analyzing market trends and competition to develop innovative sales strategies, promoting digital services for efficiency and sustainability, and conducting customer workshops and events. The ideal candidate has a background in building technology or electrical engineering and proven experience in technical sales.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with long-term professional experience in building technology, or a degree in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Many years of professional experience in building technology or electrical engineering
  • Relevant professional experience in technical sales of solutions or products in building technology
  • Experience in supporting planning and engineering offices
  • Willingness to travel within the Hamburg, Kiel, Rostock region
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license
