Job Summary

This Senior Specialist Planner role focuses on driving the modernization and digitalization of German rail transport by renewing Rail Control and Safety Systems (RCS/LST) across Deutsche Bahn networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical conception, implementation, and quality assurance of complex planning projects involving Electronic Interlocking Systems (ESTW/DSTW), European Train Control System (ETCS), Train Numbering Systems (ZN), Train Routing (ZL), and Level Crossing Safety Systems (BÜSA). Day-to-day tasks include acting as a key technical contact for the client, developing tailored solutions for complex traffic and operational requirements, and ensuring seamless project execution from digital surveying and planning to installation support and final commissioning.
