Job Summary

This critical leadership role in Kassel, a major German industrial hub, involves heading a team of Requirement Managers within a high-tech company focused on global partnerships and stringent quality standards. The Team Lead is responsible for optimizing Requirement Management processes, ensuring standardization, and providing training to internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include leading the team, driving process development, managing data exchange and access rights with partners, and actively supporting the implementation of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) traceability.
