Job Summary
This critical leadership role in Kassel, a major German industrial hub, involves heading a team of Requirement Managers within a high-tech company focused on global partnerships and stringent quality standards. The Team Lead is responsible for optimizing Requirement Management processes, ensuring standardization, and providing training to internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include leading the team, driving process development, managing data exchange and access rights with partners, and actively supporting the implementation of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) traceability. This position is attractive as it combines technical expertise in complex systems (mechanics, electronics, software) with strategic leadership, acting as the central interface between customers, development, IT, and external partners to ensure the precise implementation of technical requirements from concept to product.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Multiple years of experience in Requirement Management
- Experience in the setup, introduction, and continuous development of Requirement Management systems
- Leadership competence
