The Detailed Planner will conduct precise, employee-specific weekly planning, efficiently managing resources like personnel, vehicles, and materials in coordination with other trades. Key responsibilities include creating duty rosters, managing vacation and absence planning in compliance with labor laws and agreements, and acting as a critical interface between district managers, team leaders, and planning management. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering, multi-year professional experience, proficiency in Office 365 and SAP R/3 (or willingness to learn), and strong analytical and communication skills to manage complex scheduling and reporting, ensuring smooth operations and swift response to disruptions.
