Job Summary

This role is for a Calibration Engineer specializing in high-voltage and high-current applications, based in Dresden. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing calibrations of DC, AC, and impulse voltages and currents, as well as power measurements. Key tasks include setting up and dismantling calibration arrangements, assisting with service tasks, preparing calibration certificates, and performing adjustment work on high-voltage measuring dividers. The role also involves administrative duties within the calibration laboratory, such as managing operational resources and equipment. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or a comparable qualification, possess experience and a holistic understanding of IT security, and be familiar with relevant standards like BSI and ISO. Strong communication skills and fluency in German with good English knowledge are essential.
