Metrology Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring sustainable quality assurance within an international industrial company in Southern Munich. The Metrology Technician will primarily utilize 3D coordinate measuring machines to define measurement strategies, evaluate testing equipment, and plan and create measurement sequences. Key daily tasks include analyzing measurement protocols, identifying geometrical deviations, and preparing and documenting data. A crucial part of the job is conducting capability studies for machines and processes (cp, cpk values) and managing inspection plans and procedural instructions within the CAQ system. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational qualification, several years of experience in measurement and testing technology, and strong proficiency with optical or tactile measuring systems and Zeiss Calypso software. Good German and English language skills are required for effective documentation and communication.
