Job Summary
This Senior Planner role focuses on the operational planning and continuous development of the data and voice communication infrastructure underpinning the Berlin administration's digitalization efforts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in system analysis, optimization, and migrating complex network services, including Intranet and Internet infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading technical projects or sub-projects on-site, providing specialized technical consulting to clients, and managing external service providers. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree (e.g., Information and Communication Technology) and demonstrated expertise in planning and advancing systems within telecommunications and active data technology, specifically focusing on Network Technology (LAN/MAN/WLAN design) or Communication Services (VoIP, UC, Collaboration solutions, utilizing products from vendors like Cisco, Extreme Networks, and Alcatel Lucent). Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Current demonstrable experience in planning and development of telecommunication and active data technology systems
- Experience in Network Technology (LAN/MAN/WLAN) OR Communication Services (VoIP/UC solutions)
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Experience working in a project environment
- Practical experience in IT customer consulting
