Job Summary

This senior leadership position, based in Münster, requires an experienced professional to lead the “Personnel/Organization” team within the Central Services department of the State Enterprise Forest and Wood North Rhine-Westphalia. The role encompasses full responsibility for all personnel matters concerning approximately 1,200 civil servants, tariff employees, and trainees, including strategic staffing, recruitment, and management of the personnel budget. A key focus is the development, implementation, and evaluation of modern personnel development instruments to meet strategic challenges. Additionally, the Head oversees internal organizational structures, including defining organizational charts, business distribution, and procedural rules. Candidates must possess a completed law degree (First and Second State Examination, minimum grade 'satisfactory') and extensive leadership experience, particularly within public administration.
