Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as an Electrical Engineering Engineer, focusing on the development and integration of innovative electronic and mechatronic (sub-)systems for complex overall systems. Day-to-day tasks include defining technical specifications, contributing to requirement documents, and managing system integration and interface definitions between various platforms and components (e.g., vehicles, weapon systems, subsystems). A key responsibility is coordinating external development partners, from defining technical requirements and project planning to prototype development. The ideal candidate will also be involved in embedded software development, specifically firmware programming, and conducting theoretical and experimental validations. This position requires a degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering), solid experience in developing complex technical systems, and expertise in system design, electronic circuits, and firmware development. Strong German and English skills are essential for effective international project communication.
