Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level SAP user support, focusing heavily on the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The specialist will be responsible for classifying user requests (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests) and resolving issues related to financial operations, including month-end and year-end closings, booking corrections, and error handling. Key duties also include administering FI/CO modules, monitoring interfaces and intercompany movements, and supporting electronic payment transactions and creditor workflows (AFI). The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO, and practical experience in incident, service, and change management processes. Fluency in German and good working knowledge of English are required to effectively document solutions, manage escalations, and perform complex data analyses using SAP queries.
