Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Life Science Engineer or Physicist eager to contribute to the innovation and refinement of high-tech products within medical technology, laboratory equipment, measurement technology, and sensor systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing physical concepts, particularly in optics, light guidance, optical sensor technology, and spectroscopy. The engineer will plan, execute, evaluate, and document experimental investigations and measurement campaigns, support the implementation of technical requirements within interdisciplinary teams, and create essential technical documentation and risk-based assessments. This position requires a structured, analytical mindset, a passion for experimental work, and strong proficiency in both German and English (C1 level), offering a stimulating environment focused on cutting-edge technological development.
