Job Summary
This role involves strategically planning, controlling, and monitoring critical IT services to support and optimize core business processes, specifically within the automotive industry supply chain. The IT Service Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and controlling IT Service Management processes, methods, and standards based on recognized frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT. A key component of the role is creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality, availability, and security. Furthermore, the manager will lead, motivate, and develop a team of IT specialists, including system administrators and service desk personnel, while actively communicating and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field and possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. ITIL Certification (Advantageous).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Management, IT Project Management, or a similar role (Advantageous)
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team of IT specialists
