Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as an IT Support Specialist, primarily focusing on 1st and 2nd Level Support for internal users across the headquarters and various locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and processing user inquiries, managing incident reports within a ticketing system, and administering Microsoft Active Directory. A key focus is supporting the IT infrastructure, especially client/server environments. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or hold a comparable qualification, bringing initial experience in IT support and helpdesk functions. Experience with Office 365 and/or Linux environments is beneficial.
