Job Summary

This role as a Process Development Technician is essential for supporting exciting projects within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical hands-on tasks, including the provision of necessary raw materials and equipment, and performing mechatronic maintenance, setup, and operation of specialized machinery. A core function involves the precise measurement and evaluation of disposable development samples using physical and optical devices, alongside the testing of raw materials and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will meticulously document all experiments through plans, protocols, and reports, followed by statistical evaluation and presentation of results to internal committees. Key requirements include formal technical training, such as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with solid professional experience in laboratory or plant operation and the maintenance of special machinery. Mandatory fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication and technical documentation.
