Job Summary

This role involves managing the development lifecycle for electrochemical sensor systems and related intermediate products, primarily focusing on quality control and documentation within a regulated environment. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the alignment and validation of test methods for in-process controls across various technical departments, ensuring timely production of development prototypes, and maintaining rigorous documentation according to Quality Management System (QMS) standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering) and possesses significant professional experience in developing and assessing medical devices and their components. Expertise in electrochemistry, sensor manufacturing, method validation, and basic CAD construction is essential. Success in this position requires strong social competence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams, alongside fluent proficiency in both German and English.
