Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician specializing in Test Development within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently developing manufacturing processes using specialized equipment, optimizing formulations for clinical test systems, and innovating new formulation systems in collaboration with raw material manufacturers. A key part of the job is the operation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, alongside meticulous documentation and statistical analysis of experimental results. Candidates must hold a degree in Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Medical Technology, possess fundamental laboratory experience, and be comfortable handling human materials such as blood. Expertise in GMP standards and dry chemistry development is highly valued.
