Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager for Product Development to lead complex projects within the Pharma and Life Science sectors, focusing specifically on diagnostic measurement systems, particularly Point-of-Care (PoC) devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and managing measuring stations, documenting data, contributing to concept development, and conducting root cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams. A core function is ensuring regulatory compliance by creating and maintaining GMP/IVD/CLSI compliant documentation, alongside planning and evaluating statistical investigations. The successful candidate will lead a specialized project group, managing team motivation, training, cost estimations, and adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Key requirements include a Master's degree in a relevant technical or natural science field (e.g., Medical Technology), combined with proven expertise in diagnostic system development, regulatory affairs, statistical methods, and project leadership within a matrix environment. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for this challenging and rewarding position.
