Job Summary

This role involves working as an expert for a client in the Pharma and Life Science sectors, focusing on the research and development of diagnostic assays. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently conducting complex and individual experimental programs, systematically evaluating the impact of various input materials, formulations, and experimental setups on the performance of diagnostic assays. Key duties include planning single or series experiments for test development in compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating necessary activities within and outside the working group, and meticulously documenting and evaluating all experimental results in protocols and reports. The position requires a degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent qualifications, proven experience in IVD assay R&D, and fluent proficiency in both German and English, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional ready to drive future diagnostic solutions.
